I was eating a cold ham and cheese sandwich when I read your menu. It suddenly became the least satisfying sandwich ever, and now I'm hungry again.

    LOOKING GOOD!!!
Are you making your own bread, buns, ect. Or having someone locally suppling FRESH home made? Lots of work-but memorable food.
BTW--where are the "biscuts and gray--and grits" !!!Just kidding. You could start a "fad" out west. They are an EASY addition. And I mean EASY.

Hell YEA w/onoions and green peppers.
IS the cappicino machine Manual.or semi auto.? I am not familiar w/that brand.
Are you up to speed on making capp, latte's, ect? As long as you have the machine--ADD CHI TEA--its popular w/the ladies.
Need a bean supplier? Or do you have a local roaster.
Stock up on the "french vanilla" flavor--then chocolate, hazelnut, irish cream.
(CAPP BEANS)Guy in Ohio does ours--online and REASONABLE Prices-fast shipping at or near cost.
    KEEP us posted.
Are you strickly CASH? thats the way to go--no use giving 3-5% to the bank.
Get an ATM machine--YOU purchase and fill w/$$--Bet you clear $500 EASY from the machine. Can PM you if inerested--more details--MONEY MAKER--I am telling you.
And no messing w/credit cards. FEES are terrible.

    .
I don't know how you do French toast, but I do mine with Cinnamon in the batter, quick dip with the bread then spoon on more batter on top of the bread while it's on the grill, flip only once and it stays fluffy and nicely moist in the middle.

The Big Dawg sounds good, the breakfast burrito (put the salsa inside), for on the go

Awesome, thanks for the info on the french toast! Anything that comes on the side is simply for a time saver for when i'm slammed. Also with the hand held breakfast burrito, I do have a "secret" sauce that go inside (just a little).... It's not dry:D

:cool:I will post the lunch menu soon for some feed back :D

For the burgers are you going to have a choice to add toppings?
Such as grilled mushrooms, guacamole, blue cheese crumble and etc. (For +$1 or .50 more each topping)

I love places that do that with their burgers.
