    The one thing I found is that if you build it the materials are better and the cost is the same. It is pretty easy to modify the plans to suit your needs as well. But then there is the time to build and all of that BS that has to be done.

    I started my build in the middle of July and totally finished at the end of October. I did lose a month to a pulled hamstring and about two weeks to vacations with the family. I sort of went overboard with the build and the foundation.

    Ill end up building tho, been awhile since i did any framing need to get my skills back up
