The last time I called you that day, I pulled the camera out.

I took some pics of the area that I cut. Maybe I'll do a write up about it for everyone.

So how do you remove the box to replace the fuse?
Number 35 is blown. 120A I believe. It starts the truck

I see the bolts now to unscrew and remove the fuse, but not the whole box

Welcome to TW! I haven't been able to remove the box, without cutting into it to gain access to the bolts.

It takes some specialty tools to get those bolts loose. And an FYI, the reason they use bolts on that big fuse is because when it comes to carrying that much current, a blade fuse just is not going to cut it. You need pressure on the contacts for heavy current, hence why those larger fuses bet bolted in.

yeah thread resurrection cause it happens.

It proved to hard to figure out how the black fuse box pops out where I could access the side fuse bolts. So I had the vehicle towed to Toyota dealership so they should fix it. Thx.

It is a common problem when a BCI Group 24 battery is substituted for a 24F and 27 replaces a 27F because the polarity of the terminals are reversed. The positive on an battery with SAE posts is 1/16" larger in diameter than the negative post.
