Interesting topic. No one has ever discussed this before. But you're late. White is out. The hip color is purple. And fog lights, rumor is green is the new yellow.

So you want to do an HID swap then. Run 4300K(color) in the headlights and 3000K(color) in the fogs. Bulb size is H4 for the headlights and H10 for the fog lights.

ddmtuning.com has the best price for HID kits around, but have the worst customer service. Buy the 35w high/low kit for your headlights, and the 35w low kit for your fogs. You'll spend around $60 total for the color and better output, but you are going to have some scatter in the headlight pattering since the housing wasn't designed for HID bulbs.

GL and search around the lighting forum for links on install and products.

4300k is slightly whiter than your typical office lighting. You might want to look into 6000k even though you might get some hate on it. 3000k is very yellow and will likely be exactly what you're looking for. You can do the 3000k cheap by buying some Nokya lamps or you can go HID. I just installed the Slim Cubby HID's in my headlights and love it. I did a write up in the lighting forum and the Slim Cubby forum FYI.

Inexpensive way, lesser quality yet lifetime warranty:
    http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HID-Kit-Slim-Ballast-35W-or-55W

More expensive, better quality, time consuming, greater chance of user failure, better customer service:

also, your headlights are h4, and fogs are h10
