Mods? Suggestions?

So as ive said before I'm getting an 09 Tacoma and I've decided on some mods and I want y'all to tell me what y'all think and also let me know about any other inexpensive mods I could do to make it look better
1. Tint windows
2. Paint grill black
3. Make permanent running lights
4. Make headlights black
5. HIDs
6. Paint emblems(what color?)

 

Don't bother w a drop in hid kit. Get better halogen bulbs or save up for a real retro fit

 

Well duh I'm just asking for opinions to see if I'm missing anything

Black on black? How noticeable would tht be?

 

May not be legal in many states... even if legal at home, you risk a ticket, or at least being hassled by the cops out of state.

Don't cheap out... do a full projector conversion, and avoid the shit eBay projectors.

Black is popular for the emblems.
Peel them off with fishing line, Plasti-Dip, and reinstall with new 3M body mounting tape.
Black headlight mod is common... if you install the HID retrofit that's a perfect opportunity.

 

If the body is black, then just debadge it.
If you want accent coloring, light green and red are common on black.
