I meant the kid that they have chained up, not rick and Lori's kid, that kid has serious mental issues and is now the NWO of morals

 

My guess is Carl now tries to make amends for the situation and buck up for his mistake by killing the kid himself.

Last night's episode had me wishing for less talking. Wish there was more than two episodes left this season, with the chaos ratcheting back up.

 

meh .. just another four letter word but - good riddance, Dale was such a downer!

 

I really hate to say it but Dale's viewpoint was the correct one and that episode was his best for both seasons but, I won't miss him.

Yeah, know? That sounds plausible to me with Carl executing Randall. IMO, these better be two damn good episodes, i'm a little disappointed they are still on the farm. I say the farm gets attacked, herschel dies and the farm burns.

 

I was thinking of saying something prophetic like, "Dale was the moral compass of the group, and without him, the group may become lost", but I decided against it in the event everyone would throw tomatoes at me and call me a post-apocalyptic wussie.

 

No you're right, they came to rely on him for that.

 

The Road is a great movie, but if you thought the movie was rough, you should read the book. The book is hard-core, and there are a few things they had to leave out of the movie so they would not completely turn the audiences off.

I'll give you a hint as to one of those items, it involves a campfire, a rotisserie, cannibals, and a new born baby.

I don't think Darryl is going to be a victim, but I do agree with your take on the missing gun. But I don't think it will lead to his death or zombification.

Mainly for the reason that Darryl is the shows only real anti-hero right now. There is alot of story that can still be played out with him especially in regards to coming to terms with his brother, and the whole anit-hero path to redemption thing. Killing him off now or even soon would toss alot in the toilet.

My guess is that Darryl will eventually replace Shane as Carl's 'look-up-to-dude', and the gun situation maybe the starting point to that.

 

I disagree. The only option is to kill him. He already tried to kill you once. The intel gathered suggests that his group will kill and rape you, so you can't let him go. I guess you could make him your slave and work the fields but then he will just try to kill you any chance he gets. When he was talking to Carl you knew what his intentions were.

I got so annoyed with Dale last night. "Shane can we talk?" "Blonde chic can we talk?" "can't we just talk about this?" bla bla bla he was worse than any of the women. When they talked he had nothing to bring to the table other than delaying the inevitable. Good bye Dale.

 

Anyone think Glen will now step up to be the moral compass of the group? He did totally bail on Dale though when the chips were down.....Korean pansie.

 

Last night was a good setup episode. Division between the leaders leaving a spot open for Daryl to take a more prominent role.

I think Meryl is still to come back, so there is no way Daryl is going enywhere for a while.

Has anyone here read the comics? This other group is shaping up to look a lot like "The Mayor" and his group. I am hoping they bring that charactor into the show. Would also mean that they finally leave the farm as well.
