    yeah definitely. it prob sounds stupid but it really just fits me the best. my dad and my grandpa are marine mechanics and ive lived on or near the water my whole life. i even have my boaters and pwc certification. had a few family members go through cg and love it. i really either want to do maritime law enforcement, marine mechanic of some sort or search and rescue

    I did 20 enlisted... and wouldn't trade any of it... NO REGRETS! With that said... knowing what I know now... and how "things" work... OFFICER in any form would be in my sights! There are many avenues to a comission... but you must choose wisely, and WANT it.

    Sounds sensible. Everyone has to work. There is nothing better than waking up looking forward to going to your job because it is challenging and rewarding. Why not try to position yourself for just that!?!
