    Nothing I read said a difference between paint grade and high grade wood doors. All it said was "avoid hammering the finishing nail home as you can mark the surface with the hammer. Use a nail set to finish the nail"

    Like I said, union quality work book

    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    I try to do most of my work myself. I did my whole kitchen myself. Thankfully, I live in a 1980's house so some of the old electrical work is still good! I might have someone come re-run all of that stuff for me soon though. Downstairs bathroom is the same circuit as my garage? Stupid 1980's electrical contractors...

    My moms company was small, as she started geting jobs we would work with other general contractors and made a couole houses for a real sleezy general contractor. Ive been apart of 5 framing jobs

    But we did mainly reno's and rental property maintenance... Alot of roofs after a tornado

    this is true, a lot of contractors don't know what they're doing. although the show only does homes that are total disasters.
