    you can take it to praxair or air gas or any place that will exchange a tank instead of refilling it most hydroponic places do it too and then just ask for an aluminum tank instead of a steel tank cuz that looks steel. i dont even think they care if its been tested before or not, as long as your exchanging it. my tank happens to have a pepsi stamp on it and thats the only reason they couldnt exchange it but they didnt even look at the test date. other than that, $60 with a reg is pretty cheap. how bigs the tank?

    I had issues exchanging mine because the inspection date was too old.

    or maybe im wrong... i went to a hydroponics shop on desert inn and polaris and they would have swapped it if it didnt have a pepsi stamp on it, and the date was expired at the time. but its always good to buy a tank with the inspection up to date

    It would probably be cheaper and easier just to get a truck with a v 6 and wile your at it get a 4x4 :D

    so if i dont have a lot of money but wanna make my truck better at prerunning and a little crawling with a 3 inch what is the best set up cost is a big factor but also dont wanna buy somthing that will just break

    start with a locker. at least that. i will pay for itself in the long run. u will be able to do more with a 2WD + rear locker type set up than just 2WD + regular open diff.
