Hey I recently got my eibach coils for my tacoma. My rear leafs are shot and I have a few questions about the rear. To get near level or even a slight rake a 2" rear lift is recommended? I can get factory leafs for the rear for $190 each and then add a 2" aal. (Would that aal help for weight?) I live in Canada and do not know how much shipping would be for dakars or wheelers leafs?
Is $190 even a decent price for stock leafs?

I think you can get Dakars for around 350-400. A new leaf pack like the Dakars will be a lot better than stock leafs and an AAL. The dakars should give you around 2.5 in of lift too so I'd say go with the dakars :)

5100s are suppose to be good for about 2.5-3'' of lift. If you got the 3'' Allpro pack, you'd need longer 5125s for sure.

I'm running the tundra rims with 5" backspace and would like to run 285 70 17 but can't find any 1.25 spacers only 1.5. Plus the stupid Chrome strips don't do any justice I'm thinking bushwacker lol

Wouldn't Spidertrax wheel spacers work for you then?

yea, Spidertraxx and Allpro both have 1.25'' spacers man. Tho id just get the 1.5s due to the fact your a 5'' already. Tacoma stock rims are 4.5 and most ppl run 1.25 spacers with 285/75s

And i was thinking of doing Bushwackers too..but i like the clean fender look haha Might tube the wells tho for future proof for LT. Then ill just get new fenders.

I used to run tundra 17's with my 285's. Used spidertrax spacers to clear the uca...pics in my build if interested.

So stock Tacoma16" steel wheels with spidertrax spacers will clear 285/75/16. Gotcha.

So these will fit a first gen? I don't need lug centric?

You want hub centric. Be sure to get some extended thread lugs too.

Does anyone make hub centric at 1.25? Are the extended lugs for the spacers or for the rim ?

5100s all around -- 1.75 fronts, 1.5 aal, spidertraxs, grillcraft mx, derped scoop & badges, AVID step bars....need.more.money.
Hey man, just FYI, I emailed Down South Motorsports with a question about my rear 5100s and going w/ a rear lift. It's below:

"If you have the non TSB pack the standard rear 5100 shocks should work
just fine. Anything over 1.5" you should consider a longer shock. Any
    other questions let us know.
    Thanks,
    -DSM"

Just make sure your billies will work w/ what you're planning to do.

    Check out my build
I can tell you that most AALs and all leaf packs from the states will cost a fortune for shipping.
I went with the OME Dakar leafs from arbcanada.com mainly because shipping from any american sellers was in the $400-$500 range.....thats just for the shipping cost alone.
The dakars gave me about 2.25" in the rear which leveled out with my 3" front lift
