Just bought the truck and is sitting on the driveway [IMG]. Barely made it for the $750 cash back. Too late for pics but I will get it for you guys tomorrow. Btw, its super white. I got the 4 DCSB, SR5 package with towing. It is super white with graphite interior.

Dealer tried to pull a quick one on me. Dealer didn't even ask me how much I want to put down, etc. He just did the paperwork and had me financed the whole OTD price of $26800 with 3.25%. Btw, I have excellent credit score.

I said "slow down and lets talk about giving me the option to bring in my loan check from the credit union." So he noted to give me 5 business days. I have had experiences buying a few new cars the last 8 years. At the credit union, I can get 1.99%. I have to call tomorrow to expedite the loan.

Happy new owner. My Honda passport 1999 broke down on the freeway going down hill. Almost got swipe by an 18 wheeler while parked at the shoulder. Car wouldn't won't start (tried to crank). I think its an ignition coil module. Anyways, I had been thinking of buying a tacoma or waited for the 2013.

Thanks man. Don't know yet. But for sure something. Would seat covers be mod:rolleyes:? I launch jet ski almost every other week, so the seat gets wet all the time and smelly from the ocean water. I also would like to get a built in gps/camera

Definitely don't want to be caught up in the dealership mess. I would've got it down some though price wise. Can't wait to see pics. And yes, you could call it a mod in a way.

I know but here in calif, the tax is 8.75% (OTD 26800) and things are priced much higher in general. The fact it was about 4 pm. One dealer told me the 8pm was the cutoff time for the rebate ($750 rebate expired tonight).

So I contacted like 5 dealers over the phone :).
