    Anyone else hear that we got MD to repeal the requirement for law-abiding civilians to provide more than extreme reasoning to get a concealed carry permit!

    "We just received word that the United States District Court for the District of Maryland has granted a motion for summary judgement for plaintiff Ray Woollard in the Woollard v. Sheridan case that challenged the good and substantial requirement for issuance of a permit to carry a handgun."

    Thanks to MSI and SAF, MD is becoming a better, freer place, I actually might not move to DE now.

    As soon as this settles and the paperwork and process are in place I will be submitting my paperwork, I have been waiting for this for a long time.
