2Questions, Headlight adjustment N Trailer pigtail

I leveled my truck and now need to lower the beam of the headlights. For the life of me I can't find anywhere to adjust them. Anyone know?
2.
What is the best way to wire in a 4 prong trailer light plug? Are there kits avaliable or do you have to cut and splice?

I've got nothing for you on the headlight adjustment.

As far as a 4-flat wiring adapter. Here you go. Hoppy electronic tail light converter part number 43355 (for 94-98 T100 and 05-08 Tacoma)

With my new 08 Taco I got a small wiring harness that came with it. Is this the 4 conductor pigtail? It was in a plastic bag in the glove box.

 

Negative.

The connector that was in the glove box is the brake controller pigtail.

With the tow package your truck should already have the 7-pin round RV style plug at the rear bumper.

To tow something like a boat with a 4-flat plug you would need a 7-way round male to 4-flat female adapter.

Ordinarily I do not recommend OEM over aftermarket pieces, but in this case I do as for some reason the aftermarket adapter that my father has for his Ford did not lock in correctly to the plug on my Tacoma. The lights on the boat trailer worked, but it was not locked in and secure.
