My first was an Isuzu Rodeo. i called it El Rodeo, which is spanish for the rodeo.

My wife has always called her Kia Sorento The Egg, but pronounces it "the A-gg"

My second was a silver Infiniti G20. My wife (girlfriend at the time) started calling it the Silver Bullet, because it was silver and I drank a lot of Coors light. This car was also the "A-gg's" boyfriend.

I then "upgraded" to a G35, which ended up being a piece-a...my wife called it the Pansy because it was a weak vehicle.

Then we moved to Texas, I got some boots and a belt buckle and then the tacoma. It got named Cowboy. I told her that the Egg needed someone rough around the edges but could still hold her comfortably in the garage at night.

Kinda gay, I know, but that's the story of how my truck became known as The Cowboy.

    Taco here too lol.

My wife calls it "the TuRD". She doesn't like it. I told her that's fine and that my girlfriend loves my truck.

I call my truck Sexy. True conversation I had one time while my girlfriend and I were walking thru a parking lot after pub crawl:

    Me: Hey there, sexy.
GF: Aww, hey there yourself sweetie. (She squeezes my hand)
Me: Sorry babe, was talking to my truck. But you're sexy too.
GF lets go off my hand, awkward 10 minute drive home.

Prior to getting my Taco all my PreTacos were named BOB (Beast of Burden). When we got the Taco we kept BOB III So the Taco wouldn't become BOB IV. Robert is my DD and weekend fun toy, BOB III just hauls firewood (3 to 4 cords a year) and anything else I don't want to put in the back of Robert.

Samantha or Sam or Sammy. My Jeep was Sandy before I sold her - BUT I sold her to my ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend and they graciously kept the name and I get to visit her (Sandy) from time to time. My ex said she had so many *fond* memories in that Jeep that she couldn't bear to re-name her. That Jeep truly had a personality of her own....but, so does Sammy.
