    Just wanted to drop in so I was sub'd

    I've been watching since the beginning and am pretty hooked.

    I really like lurking this thread. Interesting to see the conclusions other people come up with.

    My opinions:
    Lori is a dumb ass drama starting manipulative biatch.

    Andrea is a useless dumb ass that thinks she is a badass and also starts drama and always wants attention.

    Carl is a dumb ass little fucker that should be getting his ass spanked at least for his recent events. Anyone notice the kid has received zero discipline the whole show?

    Rick is a pretty decent leader he just seems a little to soft and indecisive for me.

    Shane is a classic redneck WWE watching type guy. He just isn't smart enough to think and control his actions so they are deemed more acceptable.

    Daryl is a badass dude. I think the guys like him that grew up rough in the sticks would be the last men standing in event of apocalypse. I hope his role gets bigger.

    T Dog, glen, maggie, etc I think may just remain kind of token characters at least until next season.

    Other than Rick, Dale's the only one who stood up to Shane in all honesty, so he wasn't completely spineless....just somewhat spineless. But he definitely was the group's moral compass.

    Carl is a sleeping giant....and I agree with the 'WTF is he running around in the zombie apocolypse unsupervised?? I don't let my kids out of my sight at the local wal-mart, much less the goddamn zombie apocolypse, ffs. Maybe it builds character?

    I think that it is funny that everyone calls Dale and rick "spineless". It is far harder to stay true to one's morality in the face of adversity and opposition than most are given credit for.

    Dale stayed true to his convictions and fought for what he was right instead of just standing silent like most did during their Randall meeting in the house.

    speaking of the meeting in the house, I think it would have been funny if Andrea was outside the house do to her banishment from Maggie.

    Like, Andrea had to give her little follow Dale standup speach from through the screen door or while peaking around the window like Mr. Ed

    The dude tried to shoot them before, you cant trust him. PERIOD. Dale was wrong.

    I didnt read the comics but I feel like they are setting up a story where the new enemy is not the walkers but the other survivors. I have a feeling the finale will have a showdown with the other group and Rick's group leading into the next season.
