    they are 18 watts and 9-32 voltage range

    P=IV (Power=Current * Voltage)

    Minimum voltage you'll probably ever let you battery get down to is 10 volts, but even if we call it 9 volts, that would be 18/9. So max current would be 2 amps. You'll be just fine with a 5 amp fuse if you're powering two lights.
