    how do I know when to stop? I really like the effect it made as well as how it formed. Came out SICK, want to go more on it (it reminded me of the terror doe in mad max, want to see if I can design off of that image - my cousins bday is coming up soon, have to practice till I get it right).

    You are supposed to heat it up to 310# which is the hard crack stage. We messed up by turning the heat up and down too often. We almost had it to the smoke stage. We had a lot of stuff going on. By all means this stuff comes out like hot lave so be extremely careful. I have seen ppl do all kinds of designs. I have seen ppl use greased marble cutting boards or chopping blocks.... I will have to youtube this later to see what I come up with.

    The other day my wife was making a spaghetti/lasagna dish and the only mozzarella cheese in the house was cheese sticks. So we used the food processor to shred all 15 of the cheese sticks.....

    Actually for the most part, yes.

    Can't seem to get enough of Steamed or Fresh Veggies....I ate a TON of them during Super Bowl Sunday..way better than the typical snack food in my opinion.
