Nobody threw anything in my bed before I got the tonneau. I'd like to believe that most people here have more sense than that.

I'd be pretty mad too though, if some asshat treated my truck bed like a garbage bin.

People treated my truck like their personal trash can in high school because I parked so close to the school but we could never figure out who. I got a ticket one day for trash blowing out the bed and I found out who did it and had the school admin handle it the guilty person paid the ticket. Nothing you can do about it but throw it away or buy a cap.

I think someone thought your truck was someone elses...It is not unusual in many trades/organizations to put tools/parts/equipment in someone's truck bed without their knowledge/consent.

Some of us actually use our trucks to perform ACTUAL work and not crawl to the mall...When I was living in a rural area of Texas, one of the ways we transferred tools/equipment/feed and what not was to put it in someone's truck when we would see it in town. Many of these trucks were never locked and the keys never removed from ignition.

I found one of my neighbors kids hiding in the bed of my truck not too long ago. He was in trouble and hiding from his dad. This counts?
