    I've lived in York all my life,aside from the 3 years I lived in Rock Hill after my wife and I married. Not a bad place by any means,just growing up too much and turning into a mini Pineville. So I bought a house and land in York.....alot quieter.

    LOL...in reference to our previous discussions on crime:

    Woke up to 6 rounds being fired about 6:15 yesterday morning. Someone rolled up on a guy walking along the street directly behind me and just started squeezing off shots. It took me about a minute to stumble out of bed and throw on some pants...apparently, according to my neighbor, the victim/target lept over my back fence and out of my yard about 5 seconds before I got out the back door.

    He had run, scared shitless, to my back fence and essentially vaulted it to hide from the gunman (it is a 6 foot privacy fence); had this occurred about 10-15 minutes later, he would have been a nice snack for my rottie who was still inside at the time...
