Need a new Xbox360 game

Taking suggestions for a new Xbox360 game.

I love first person shooters like Halo and COD.
What is the must have game right now?
I downloaded the Resident Evil 5 demo and didn't much care for the 3rd person style. The controls feel heavy and I don't like how you can't move around easily.
I heard Left 4 Dead was pretty good. Can anyone confirm that?

BTW, if anyone wants to play Halo 3 or COD WAW online send me a friend request. Origina1EVAN, I'm on during the day quite a bit.

 

left 4 dead is fun in the beginning especially when you play with your friends, but it gets old.
my friend and i were playing resident evil 5 and it was fun co-op. i say give resident evil 5 a try

 

I have heard a lot about left 4 dead as well. But I would suggest fallout 3. It is seriously addicting. It's almost a cross between a first person shooter and a rpg.

 

That's what I heard about Left 4 Dead, that it's fun to play with friends. But not very many of my friend's have as much time for Xbox as me, lol.
Maybe I'll go rent RE5 and try it out, but it annoys me how heavy the controls feel. IMO it should be easier to run, shoot and turn considering it's a survival/shooter game where you need to constantly be looking around you.

Sweet man, I gotta work all day tomorrow (24 hour shift) but then I have all day Wed and Thur to play. I hate playing by myself online, it takes all the fun out of it.

 

Yeah I know what you mean, I get bored when I don't know anyone I'm playing with because they either don't talk, or are so annoying you have to mute them!

 

Well I went to round up all my games to take up to Play N Trade and see what they'd give me for them. Most of them are original xbox titles that I could probably only get 2 or 3 dollars for, but I did have one new game that I wanted to trade in- Gears of War 2. When I opened the case, wouldn't you know it, the game wasn't inside it and was nowhere to be found. How the fuck does 1 of my games just disappear? Really?

 

+100 Very addicting game. The quests are tons of fun.

 

I agree w/ L4D. Beat it a couple times, and will probably not play it again. Probably trade it in, or sell it.

RE5? Good? I played the demo, and didn't care for the controls. Seem weird that I had to aim to shoot, and couldn't shoot while moving. Pissed me off to be honest. Are the controls still the same?
