    Originally a rock. They did one of those "repair" jobs on it where they filled the ding with epoxy. That was a couple of years ago. The other day was driving down the road when it decided to split all the way across starting at the old repair spot.

    It is going to cost me $100 with the glass deductible but worth it. It will be nice to have new glass. The original windshield (115K) is getting very pitted, headlights at night and looking into the sun through it is bad.
