    I ordered Julie's B-day present thru them, and they told me that it would be sent to the store. AND, I would get daily E-mail updates, and I would be a happy camper and fart rainbows, etc.

    Welp.....Never got an Email until yesterday. The Email stated that the item wasnt avail. for in store pick up. I called the store, where I placed the order, and asked "WTF?". They said they would look into it, and call me back. They called me back saying the item was on its way to the store, and they dont know why I was sent the email. Almost 3 hours later, I get another Email. This time saying my order was canceked. This time, I call the store again and ask the same "WTF??!!??". They say they will call me back. They call me back 30 mins later and say that they arent sure why I was sent that Email, but they have the item in hand if I would like to pick it up. SO......I went to pick it up last night, and all is well.
