I made a sweet battery bracket for the ae86 today out of a solid chunk of aluminum. It looks pretty funny having a shiny piece of machined aluminum in that engine bay . Ill get pics some time.

Both look like AP copies to me.

Just sayin'... it's not a big deal. Rear bumpers are pretty simple so you're going to see similar designs from everybody.

I'd say the difference between A and B is equal to the difference between B and C. Like I said, I don't really see where the big deal is.

idk man the ONLY difference I see between Forster's and the relentless is the lack of hi lift points on forsters.

Does it really matter? People copy other peoples designs all the time. If he planning to do production that's one thing but if it is for himself only who gives a crap? Does relentless have a patent on design? There are vendors on here that I can question there designs and ideas but I don't cause all that starts is a pissing match

I wasn't trying to copy yours, but I your design from the sides around the bedsides because out of all the bumpers I looked at, that was the best way to do it IMO.

The design is quite a bit different now, the hitch is hidden behind the plate, There are light holes (as you can see) I have no highlift points, and the bottom is a bit different. As well as up around the tail lights, that part has changed as well.

Just sayin. Most bumpers on here look just about the same. I used about three or four different designs when I made mine, not like I went and measured one of yours up.

If I was copying your design to try to sell to people, it would be a totally different story. I would be pissed too. But this bumper would be just for me.

I was going to buy one of you bumpers actually, but I didn't for about three different reasons.

    1. I don't have the money
    2. Your wait list is pretty long, which I understand, because you make awesome products
    3. Because I wanted to build my own bumper, made totally by me.

The parts of your design that I copied are because the way you do it looks the best with the truck. I was going to build it like ATO's rear bumper, but I liked the shape you did with yours better.
