I got a Jato for next to nothing. It's nothing more than several pounds of shit.

Fixed that for you... Is that the one with the "F1" type shock layout designed by a community college design major dropout?

HA, no. They're the same shocks that come on the Revo but they're mounted in the traditional upright manner. It's a lot of fun to drive when it's not broken and I've got it dialed in right. Turns like shit, though.

OK, Revo, was what I was thinking about, I can't keep up with the "flavor of the month club" they've got going on over there. I thunk there stuff was "guaranteed for life".

Not really sure what "seruous" means, but I'll keep an eye out. Keep me posted. I kinda got my feelings hurt tonight. My wife and I had dinner with the guy that owns the property our track in on, (I have mentioned that it has went to hell over winter). I asked when are we gonna get the track in shape, to which he replies, they (his family) are fixing to build a new building on the spot our track is setting on. It is/was in an industrial park. There is room at a different spot, but it will be all from scratch. He has the means to just move all our dirt the fifty yards or so. But our lights, driverstand and sprinklers will also have to be moved... Fuuuuccckkk meeee...

No, for what most people do with them, the're perfect. I am, or was at least was, a racer. And true racers the're not, along with HPI, Duratrax and a couple of others. They do bring people into the hobby, which is good for all involoved.

Yeah I havent been into it very long but It was my Slash that got me into the hobby. Now I just went a little crazy lol. I have built my slash from the ground up and I know people might not like that I had to put so much work into it to make it handle well, but for me it was a learning experience. For me thats half of the fun, and I like surprising people when they find out its a Traxxas :).

It's kinda like my Tacoma, the look on the other persons face after they lose a race to a truck is priceless haha.

Exactly. I like to have different things too, that's why my next rc will be a Team C TS4 4x4 Short course truck.

First off, yes it is a chinese brand truck, but I am fully committed to buying it because of the person selling it.

Ck Hobby is selling these team C and Himoto trucks. They are from Central Kentucky and are hands down the most helpful people I have ever dealt with since I have been interested in this Hobby. The owner Mike is a great guy and has never steered me wrong. He even helps me out even with stuff that I didnt buy from him.

PLUS it doesnt hurt that these Team C trucks have been winning ROAR races left and right lol.

Looks good, but where is the shaft driving the rear diff? Is it above or below the battery?

That is something that has me very confused lol. I'm ASSUMING it's above the battery. I think I read somewhere that it has a removable electronics tray that you can pull out for easy cleaning. Seems like a cool feature.
