    My brother in law makes maple syrup and i gave him a few cords of wood from my backyard this year.

    He had it tested and it is equivalent to Vermont Grade "A". He uses a real wood fire and has a couple of evaporators, everything is then filtered and it's all done by hand. Looking forward to some pancakes!
