Anyone who needs ANYTHING modded in Hampton roads you HAVE to go to Starr motors in Suffolk. They are the best damn mech shop I have ever been to. Lift - quoted 1000 for a 4" suspension lift. Got it done faster and only charged 700. Tires and wheels. Found it cheaper online and they matched the price. Hell I'm even gonna order my parts through them!!! Ask for joe Bonney and tell him David Horne sent you! I don't get anything but I'm telling you you WILL be back. I've NEVER had a positive experience at a mechanic till I went there. If you. Need something done and are uncomfortable with it then just call them. I promise you they are way more than fair!!!!

Wish you would have gotten on here earlier...we could have done the lift for you at the cost of some pizza...glad you had a good experience though! Also good to know there is a local shop that will match internet prices.

X2 on what lift tire combination you got?

He said he got a 4" lift. If he got the sway away hewill need a drop bracket, which would reflect a price like that. If he got aspindle lift (prerunner) then I donno. Never done one of those, but you guysdid yesterday. Most shops charge around $200-$300 for a suspension lift...

Lift is still in progress.....haha. after all that though, makes the cost seem reasonable. Its all good though, as soon as I get this all done, all mods from here on out will be nice and simple, like a new stereo/ subs or something along those lines!! haha.
