    How do you plan on forming those lower side pieces? That looks like it could be pretty tough to get the shape the way you want it.

    Most likely with a really big press I think the 60ton press will do the trick over at CDA steel.

    Yeah I suppose I should have specified that when I first posted. If I were to start selling them (which I won't be anyway) I would make my own design completely.

    I probably should have asked you about using parts of your design for a personal bumper before I did. (sorry)

    However I do it, I won't be able to bend the pieces like you do because I don't have a big enough bender, unless I use another shop. It will all be MIG and TIG welded.

    Those will be pressed as a separate piece then welded and blended in.

    The bed cage has been redesigned I need to change the rendering.
    Because of the chassis flex the design I have would kill the roof of my truck.
    I'm amazed how much the sliders stiffened up the chassis.

    What if you split the cage inhalf at the cab, or added in shocks somewhere like the guys with the long travel bedcages do.

    I'm not sure if they have a name for those lol
