k and n cold air intake, air raid throttle body spacer, 2" leveling spacer, american racing mojave teflon wheels, flowmaster 40 series and soon to be amazing pioneer premier sound system once my box is finished!!
SO i got K and N CAI, throttle body spacer, JBA headers/y-pipe, magnaflow cat , a flowmaster and a URD MAF. So what else can i do to get some more power without dropping 2K+ on a supercharger? Thanks

really chris? Is that just on our trucks? I got a flowmaster setup on my old 90' dodge and I gained some hp's. Atleast I could tell I did.

Every single Flowmaster I have dynoed, or seen dynoed has shown a loss of hp. Many people "Feel" a gain, as they loose most power on the bottom, only to feel the hp climb up as they get higher in the rpm band. They may show a 2 or whatever loss on top, but may have lost 10 or so on the bottom. The Flowmaster mufflers are a baffeled muffler, much like the factory, but they have less internal volume to deal with the exhaust flow. Also, as the Flowmaster mufflers are tuned for sound rather than the best scavenging or flow for the particular engine. Even the the factory muffler has baffels in it, it is a huge muffler, and still provides a pretty good flow. Its hard to beat with a smaller muffler, unless its a striaght thru muffler of some type.

Thanks for all of the input. I was looking at a Gibson for a while not sure whether i want to trade it out though i love the sound of my truck. I think i am going to just start saving for a supercharger. What about getting my engine port and polished?

care to clear up the magnaflow catback, and a flowmaster? you replaced the magnaflow with the flowmaster?

apr x-1, youll gain a bit more horsies and a lot of torque. $1,400.

i bought the truck used so the person before me might have changed them out. The cat says magnaflow and the muffler is a flowmaster. Is the x-1 made for a 2001?
