    Yeah you would have a lot of waste if you were to cut it in one piece. To get the least amount of waste you should do sections for the skin maybe the middle winch section and then 2 outside sections. From a CNC stand point and bending a one piece bumper would be crazy hard.

    i completely agree i have a lot of experience with CNC plasma from highschool through some of my college courses. i just dont know how to draw it up like where to start. i might even just come to look at other plate bumpers and steal designs and take measurements :spy::spy:

    BendTech SM is great for that kind of stuff just design the bumper and flatten it out when done import into your CAD software and break the parts up as you need for cutting.
