I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
It was a good hour long run last time I did it. It's pretty commonly known among the highschoolers in huntsville so there is no telling what it might look like now. The trail head on green mtn rd. runs all the way down to a power line trail that lets off on hobbs island rd.

    edit:

hit up google maps and look up the huntsville speedway with satellite view. You can see the tail end of the trail heading up the power line trail. It head out off into the woods from there.

You'll pay approximately 1/12 of the annual total for property tax and insurance into the escrow account every month. That's rolled into your total monthly outlay to the bank. Then, when tax and insurance come up due, the mortgage institution will pay those on your behalf. You don't pay interest on that though, only on the principal. Depending on rates, the escrow account may actually accrue interest. Also, if you're not going to put 20% down, you'll pay PMI on the loan in addition to property tax and homeowner's insurance.

They are considered mud tires, but have a ton of tread on them.

Okay peeples....yes I know I spelled it wrong...anyways, I'm thinking of a snorkel on my truck...but I was wondering if I need to keep my air box?? I've seen some tacomas on here where they took the box out. Can I do that with mine and be okay? OR just keep saving a upgrade my stock suspension to OME OR new UCAs...please help:(

Those are the same ones I had posted a pic of before. Just from further away lol. You'll see how big they are when I mount them on the truck. Raining right now or I'd be doing it right now.

I'll be putting the old ones up for sale as soon as I get these mounted. And likely do a bunch of cutting.

It was nerve racking at first then the passenger side was done and well the driver side went pretty fast! LOL! So all in all it wasn't too bad.. I still have to take it off and do some final trimming..

Well I would.. But I'm actually liking the size of my too box now! LOL! How much would you want for it?

BTW.. As far as the house..
I have a 4.125% interest rate 100% financed... (Yes the more you bring to the table the better things will be!)

I have a decent credit score and got that.. You are never guaranteed the lowest interest rate..

Anyways, I live in the County and I bought my house all said and done with 2 realtor agents involved for $107,and change..

I pay $652 a month for my house, but that includes,
    Escrow (Taxes)
    Insurance
    PMI
    Mortgage

    Electricity $130
    Water/Waste $40
    Cable/Internet $90
My gas bill for 2 people/ Month $500-$600
    Food for 2 people/ month $300..

If I can do it, almost anyone can do it.. I'm not as good with my money as I should be..

    Looks sick dude! Congrats!

They are 18's but I will gladly sell them to you! LOL!

Suspension first.. You really wont utilize the full benefits of a large snorkel around these trails.. Snorkels are more used for most people to get above the dust trail and breathe clean air...

Right now I'm trying to buy Paul's tires at the moment so hopefully I can get them pretty soon then I'm going to save for ome front suspension with 886 coils to upgrade the factory suspension

I'd also say if you're going to really wheel it, armor would be up near the top of the list. If it saves you something major, it's paid for in one skid / slide / crush / whatever. I was pretty glad to have my sliders the one time I came down on them. Boom, paid for.

I would say sliders first. Then a locker and then a snorkel. You seem to like the mud and one hole might end up being deeper than you thought. Its cheap insurance. A snorkel is towards the top of my list of mods.

As for suspension, armor is more important. Find a set of used coilovers on ttora and call it a day. I thought about getting ext travel coilovers and UCA's but an extra inch of travel wasnt worth the extra money to me.

Snorkels give you a hair better gas mileage though. There's a thread on here somewhere where people have been posting their pre and post snorkel gas mileage. All of them have seen a benefit....to some extent
