    Buying/selling houses takes a while, you need at least a two month of "busy" when moving to the new house, with at least one month after (service contracts, misc. repairs, etc.). Moving itself is a one to two week process with packing and stuff.

    Unless you are rich as fuck then you just pay everyone else to do everything, then it's maybe a 5 day ordeal in and out.
