Once you get some MT tires you will not notice the driveline vibes. :D
Not bad at all. But how much is the ultimate kit new?

Yeah I would, but this kit is a sweet deal. Guy said that I will lose 3-4 mpgs with 285's haha, hopefully not.

Hmmm, used for $800 or new for $899. What's the kit have on top of the billstien 5100's front with toytec / eibach coilovers, billstien 5100's in the rear, AAL and the diff drop? Just curious, not trying to dog the kit on CL

Same kit but different coils, mine is this one I'm not 100% but I think the only difference on the ultimate kit with the red coils is the adjustability on the fly with the spanner wrench, and maybe the coil might be a bit different. You can also use the Tacoma world discount at toytec, I forget how much it saves ya though

Yeah I am Dallas on Business so it gets boring in the hotel room.
I would say count on it. I went from 19-20 down to 16 as an average but I do not commute daily so it is no big deal.

Awesome man!!! I ordered 265/70/17's for right now so I won't have to trim if at all. Maybe the next set will be 285's.

    FML...

great times in jace's garage last night....

to give a run down of the fun events...after a much needed ride on sunday with some friends, some dripping oil was noticed when we got back to jace's place after the ride...upon further inspection, it was coming from the air box...look inside and there's a pool of oil, no good...

common cause = centrifugal breather failure

$130 in parts, not a big deal...also while i'm at it going to order up a new cam cover gasket to fix another small leak that has been bugging me...

so last night we have the tank lifted up (can't take it off because triumph's stupid fuel design doesn't have a shut off valve and the female connector wasn't holding the gas in like it should have, so we had to leave it connected and lift the front of the tank to access the airbox area) so we can clean out the air box and give me a clean canvas to run some tests on this week and see how bad it was...button everything up, put the tank down and "BOB...YOU'RE LEAKING BADDD!!!!"...."FUUUUUCK"

gas going everywhere...yet again, my female connector at the bottom of my tank has broken! for some reason triumph thought i'd be grand to have plastic pieces going into a metal tank for something as important as the fuel to go into...BRILLIANT!...

so this was the clever setup me and jace came up with to allow the fuel to drain out into two oil pans...one with a nice open top to rest the fuel connectors in to drip with the hole open to overflow into the second oil pan which has more capacity...

needless to say, this was a NO SMOKING ZONE hahaha
