Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
That's going to be expensive considering money don't grow on trees.

    yeap...2nd time it broke too

for some dumb reason, triumph did not put a fuel shut off valve on their tanks and have their quick disconnects made of plastic which are vulnerable to break if you move the tank around at all!

had a centrifugal breather go on me and while moving the tank around to clean shit up, this happened...

couldn't just take the tank off either because when the lines were disconnected, the fuel wouldn't stop coming out of the connectors like it should have!

FML...so the bike it down now for 2 weeks while i wait for parts and time to fix....

If i remember right, the TT's were problem prone. Good looking bike, just not as reliable as they should have been.

that i am finding out first hand...the quick connects are crap and break easy, the cam cover gaskets fail, the centrifugal breathers are a poor design which they redesigned in 2005 apparently...those are just the issues i am/have dealt with so far which are all apparently common problems..

i'm still trying to figure out a way to keep my running temps down...they always run 215-230 and that is common with these bikes...if i don't sell the bike, i'm going to have to find ways to allow the engine to breathe better

Why the British require 2 rest platforms for a 50 ft climb I may never know. Their standards are really different from OSHA.

I know all about quirky problem prone bikes. I drive a TL1000s. Just lots of little issues, nothing that will leave me stranded. But it is still a major PITA.

They use the same part number as Duccati, so you may have just gotten a bad one. They released a new version in 2003, so you might want to make sure you are getting the newer part #. My 2 Trumpets had nall checks in the tank where the fuel lines went in....not sure why yours doesnt.
