    nah thats normal. you can also expect the rear pinion seal to leak.

    and the front diff drain plug to seize, and the lca cam bolts to seize.


    actually... when you get it back, take a look at the front diff drain plug. they are notorious for seizing and stripping, so make sure the bolt looks brand new.

    I sincerely feel bad for you guys.

    The 2ng gen Tacoma's seem to have a ton of lemons floating around. I am starting to consider myself one of the few lucky people that has beaten the piss out of his truck and not had major issues *knocks on wood*

    If my truck starts giving me issues like that it will end up at the bottom of a deep puddle by accident...then I buy a 1st gen.

    yea had mine done to alond with the front diff seals 3 times and rear diff leakage.....
    had the front diff drain plug issue myself....
    a calaper siezed up...
    bolth lca alingment cams siezed
    hmm what else
    this and then some

    good deal! thanks guys....was just a lil curious about what all it was...its kinda got me thinking about buying an extended warranty or something. just for those issues alone, the 800 platinum warranty would pay for itself. then im not spending mad bucks on getting it fixed for all those things IF they happen

    Buy it...your trucks already having signs of being poop.

    I wish I had it and my truck has been good to me. It would of paid for itself when I was at 40k :(

    yea thats where i bought it...i have dealth with Ryan there and he has taken real good care of me and the truck...had one bad experience there with my ex's rav 4 but he ended up knocking 250 bucks off the price (think the parts department marked the new rear glass up double...)
