    Small spacers are workable when they are paired with the right springs/shocks..and when they are on top of the strut instead of in the spring.

    this. i have a spacer lift that came with the truck when i bought it, but its not in the strut, its between the strut and the mounting point = somewhat stock ride

    So I hurt my pride lastnight....(dramatic pause so you can imagine whatever you like.lol)
    I got back to the house at 2130, started installing my NFab light bar, and 4 Kragen hid lights. Did something I don't usually do; Since it's in a tight spot, I went ahead and wrapped the connections for weather protection and secured the wiring...
    all said and done, I flip the switch....NOTHING. Grab my meter and did some troubleshooting.
    Been doing mobile electronics installing since I was 16; definatly pissed.lol

    honestly bro, not sure. I'm open to suggestions. I didn't start the install until 2300 because one of my housemates wouldn't move his truck away from the garage.
    Tonight, I'll start right after work and test the harness. I think there was a loose connection or maybe the built in relay is defective.

    All I can tell you is check the easiest things first lol. I always seem to forget that and it pisses me off when I finally find out that it's something as simple as a forgotten or loose connection.

    Yeah, I pulled the harness lastnight and have it sitting on a table in my garage. I'm probably going to do something I don't usually like doing. Start from the power source, test every connection as it's made.

    Lol I'm down. So I'm off work and I've got my meter and I redid everything, tested the whole way. Current suspect: the two relays that came with it. Looks like I'll have to make my own harness with my own set of relays.
