That's nothing new. A regular part of my GF's dad's job for Century Link is going out to replace sections of copper wire that has been stolen.

They even have to hire security guards for the area until they can replace the wire and get it adequately covered and protected again.

So where do you guys get pets around here? I went to the humane society but they charge an arm and a leg. I'd take one home with me but I can't afford what they're asking.

 

Craigslist is good.

 

I've been scoping Craigslist every now and then, I guess I'm just not getting lucky with finding the right one.

 

I would just wait till you have the money for a Humane Society pup. I tend to avoid pet stores like the plague just because of the whole puppy mill issue and surrounding issues.
