I know its a heated debate but Im installing the spidertrax spacers in the AM. They look more than able.to handle my day to day use. It's a new truck gota lift on her. And well let's test the hardware before we throw bigger tires on there . To me that's the best method . Don't be scared o no don't be scared ....

I've had them on my truck since the spring. Use the thread lock that comes with them and torque them to about 85 ft lbs and you will be fine. I have a small lift and 265 75 16 tires and I have no issues. Lots of people on TW run them.

I've had them on my truck for a few years now. No issue to speak of. I check the torque every 5K but they are always good to go!

While not stock, I have spidertrax 1.25" spacers installed on my truck, front and rear, with 17x8 wheels. I love the wide stance they give me.

My tires are 265/70 17 by the way.

If you are talking to me, thanks, and the wheels are Pro Comp Series 52 Steel Rock Crawlers. If you are looking to get similar wheels I would suggest the wheelers off road steelies, they only come in 16s but they clear the calipers on a 2nd Gen where as the Pro Comps didn't.

Would the spacers work if you didn't have a lift yet. Or should I just wait to put spacers on for when I get the lift

Am i the only one that gets a tun more unwanted road-feedback? I notice every small bump and rock now and it has more "pull" on the wheel then before the spacers

you are increasing the leverage on your suspension by the thickness of the spacer. It will take less force to move your suspension the same travel than before.
