    I'm in Honolulu for vacation. Just in the shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel in Waikiki I've seen 9-10 Tacos, all 5-lug or Prerunners.

    Lots of small businesses buy the 5 lug Taco's for work vehicles for their employees. They're working trucks with good resale value and decent mileage. I bought a few for my service techs....great trucks.

    there aren't too many place to offroad legally here on this island. it's pretty dense and urban, and many of the places that you can go are either off limits or private property.

    SAS tundra, probably about 25" up from stock

    yeah those make me sad. i was kinda scared though, as the front axle of this truck was brown. and the rear was black. and the left tires stuck out all the way, the the right side ones were within the fenderwell. and they were all the same sized tires.

    For me, 4wd is a waste of money.I have no interest in offroading, only hauling stuff. Sure 4wd is great in the snow but I do just fine for those 3 months out of a year. The MPG savings + less things to maintain/ break = win.
