No truer words have been spoken. Any type of training needs only max 2 years of education. 3 if a given individual is looking to achieve multiple goals. The advice I give to most of my soldiers is to pick ONE goal and stick with it. Example being "I want to run a 13:00 2 mile, but I want my chest/arms to look bigger". Pick ONE if you want the beach bod, get it, then concentrate on your run time. If your run time is of higher priority then you better get used to looking skinny, and start doing some 60/120's. Once someone has been educated on how blood type, body type, styles of diets, training vs rest, rest vs training, muscle kinetics, and training regiments affect a bodies outcome the trainers work is done.

Waxy maize and O blood types don't mix very well. Been down that road. Considered taking the plunge again for the event but that supplement has a very performance diminishing impact on those with an O blood type.

no, i think its u only do chest once, back once and legs once no matter if u feel u can do any of them again in that same week.

im sure the split would be
    mon- back
    wed- chest
    fri- legs

you would probably need a day to rest between those workouts cuz they look pretty intense

I'm O neg so I guess I need to stay away from that stuff?
I use GNC Protein powder I bought it because it doesn't have a lot of sugar or any creatine in it so when I'm on creatine I don't have to worry about in during my off cycles.

Everyone else as far a nutrition goes that's where I need all the help I can get. I had a great weight lifting coach in high school he told me a lot of what I needed to eat when lifting and cutting with his help I was able to get down to 197 pounds which I was very happy with, that's how much I weighed at the hospital after my dirt bike accident, and was losing at a rate of about 2 pounds a week I'm trying to get back there again. I've forgotten most everything he told me about nutrition and I accidentally threw away all my notes that I took in his class, we did a comprehensive course on off day's it wasn't mandatory but very beneficial think of it as extra credit class, so I'm pretty much shooting in the dark there.

Yup. Casein being another one to avoid. The list goes on. O blood types benefit/thrive from high protein diets and strenuous activity. If you want I can send you more information via PM.

Ok. Either way works. It's going to take some time to dig through files. Information to come eventually.

What I mean is by having someone getting him on track with a proper meal plan. He can't go on like this much longer and it wouldn't be fun to see his body or mind give out

No on MM. It's filled with fillers, IMO. I use ISO100 or Eat Smart by iSatori. They have great products.

No it guess its not explained to well. What you do is Day 1 - PB Back, Day 2- PB Legs, Day 3- PB Chest. However i would also add in a shoulder and arms day, as well as hit abs and calves 3 times a week. When I did it my split looked like this.
    Day 1 Shoulders/Calves/Traps
    Day 2 PB Back/Abs
    Day 3 PB Chest/Calves
    Day 4 PB Legs/Abs
    Day 5 Arms
    Day 6 Off
    Day 7 Off
It was a pretty intense split but i really liked the progress and strength gains

Great, thanks for the split. Yeah, I was thinking it's lacking shoulders, calves, forearms, traps, bi's, tri's, and abs.

I'll try this out next cycle
