I searched but couldn't find anything that was quite like my issue. I first noticed it happening this morning. I did a little creek crossing yesterday, but it was only about 12" deep, and no weird symptoms yesterday afterwards.

When braking, all is good until I'm coming to a complete stop. It seems to skip or something. Other times the brakes squeal really bad. I can be going 30mph and slam on the brakes until I reach 10mph or so, and nothing happens. It ONLY happens when coming to a complete stop, whether I be going 2mph or 70mph prior.

Actually, the creek I crossed is in my sig. We just had a large rain yesterday morning and the day before so the water was up a little bit.

Does it happen as you are about to stop or once you have stopped? Is it possible the dreaded axle wrap is rearing its ugly head?

It feels (and sounds) like it's coming from the front brakes.

The "skipping/clicking" feeling happens a millisecond before coming to a complete stop. The squealing happens from about 5mph until I've stopped.

Warped rotors from going through water? Like I said, they weren't like this prior to going through water.

My gut reaction is that the water has nothing to do with it. Could be wrong though.
