You know what sucks? Having a set of Duratracs sitting in your garage but you're afraid to put them on, lol

yeah, no doubt. I am about to change out my winter tires for some new A/T's as well. I am curious to see how the winters have worn.

I'd say so. You want around .4* or less.

ok, thanks Chris. My front end is only lifted 1.6". I am amazed that a Toyota dealership wouldn't have aligned it better. Guess I will have to pay them a visit. Do you think the alignment is bad enough that the tire wear will be dramatically imbalanced?

I took my truck in to them when i first purchased it... 3 times and all they did was completely %@*%)$* up my alignment all 3 times.

    take it somewhere else.

Yeah, no way I'm going the dealer route, especially after this Firestone debacle. I did get the tires put on this morning but I'm going to a shop in the AM that does a lot of off-road vehicles.

It strikes me as odd that a garage working exclusively on Toyotas would fail to do less than accurate work on something as common as an alignment. Is it possible that 1.6" of lift on stock UCAs could be enough to make it impossible to keep the Camber down?
I am seriously considering biting the bullet and picking up a set of Light Racing UCAs.

many times they adjust the Toe, then set the adjusting cams at the center position, and call it good.

    Specs from Wednesdays alignment:
    Camber - .7/.7
    Caster - 1.5/1.7
    Toe - 0/.03

Seems to be the best I can get. So, if I were to lower the front to 1.75, would that make enough of a difference to get camber closer to 0?
