I think I went to one with Zach before? There's one guy that has a vision to unite everyone but doesn't know how to pull it off, and the rest are tuners or wanna be tuners... so really, both sides has no idea how to relate. They can't figure out what we do, and we can't see the entertainment of driving with a group of people down I-5 in a car that should be at the Woodburn drag. :notsure:

If it came from the sea, it belongs in the sea and not my mouth.

I know there's more to sushi than fish, but I haven't found anything edible.

On the OTHER hand, go to Rice Time and order the yakisoba burrito. Ohhh gawwwdddd I want one!

It's super close to you - biking distance. Take the Scholls exit, go west, turn north on nimbus. It sits near Canon if I remember right.

If you don't get the burrito, go for the chicken curry yakisoba, and tell them to make it hot.

It was sunny and clear. No problem at all.

The pup had a couple accidents last night. Luckily only pee. I caught him and got him out the door before any poo dropped.

Then, this morning I bought some training pads to put out on my patio - he took a poo this morning and then just a few minutes ago woke up from a nap and we took him out to the training pad - SUCCESS. :D Major relief, since I live in an area rampant with dogs and I don't want him to catch that parvovirus that puppies are apparently really susceptible to until they've had their 3rd shot for it (middle of May at this point.)

Til then, he's inside and out on the patio. No dog or dog shit exposure.

They're kind of becoming the new Lab unfortunately. Half the breeders I found when I was looking for my pup didn't even seem to acknowledge the hunting heritage of the GSP breed. (like I expect most lab breeders are).

I worked with a GSP duck hunting and pheasant hunting for the past 3 years. He was about 1 when I met him and he was already very serious about birds. He would rather chase birds than eat. The drive in them is so strong.

As for the energy levels - they are extremely intelligent dogs. If you aren't constantly challenging their mind, they get very creative. That creativity rarely ends up in favor of your house. My friend who owned this GSP was constantly coming home to him having gone through the trash or tearing stuff up.

My GSP is obviously still a pup, but once he's grown I should be able to run him quite often. I work 5 minutes from home and can work from home almost whenever I want.

I WILL be using him for hunting, so my training will be focusing on making him awesome at both water retrieves and pheasant pointing. We'll see which he is best at.

I wouldn't consider myself an expert, but I've spent a significant amount of time around them.
