    Looks like you are missing a bushing.
    Wow those u-joints look really bad. Good thing that didn't snap off completely or you wouldv'e had to do the front wheel drive mod.

    normally check out my whole truck after every run and grease the joints

    yes i have, just did this morning, i have a 2008 tacoma 4x4 base, 2.5 lift 32 mud terrains flowmaster exhaust and sooner or later im getting a afe intake, but thats a little up the road.
