Billie install tomorrow... (front) .85 or 1.75?

I am taking the DC for a front billie install tomorrow morning and for the life of me I can't fully decide if I want them set at .85 or 1.75... I have already ruled out 2.5 because my 2008 was there and I needed to put a 1" block in the rear just to make it sit without nose up (to each their own but I don't like it).

Any thoughts? I have searched damn near everywhere and can only find the .85 setting with aftermarket coils (I am keeping the stock TRD coils).

UPDATE July 8th, 2012

After dealing with a "bro lean" rake when hauling ANYTHING (billies at 1.75") I decided to add a 1" block to the rear. With the Billies at 1.75" the truck was completely level UNLOADED but if there was ANY weight in the back the truck was nose high.

 

From what I've seen, .85 will get you close to level without needing anything in the back. Hope this helps.

 

That is what I was thinking (visually anyways)

I measured from floor to fender and have

35" front
37.5" rear

With those I know 1.75 would get me close to even numbers but all the taco's I have seen with even number end up looking "nose" up again... Just wish it wasn't so difficult to see both on my setup...

1.75" up front and put a 1.5" AAL in the rear. This will prevent the nose up look and give you a better handling vehicle.

 

I had mine at .85 and about a month ago raised them up to 1.75. Like the 1.75 better.

my vote is for 1.75 of you don't plan on doing anything for the rear.

1.75 makes my reg cab level sure it will make the dbl cab sit little lower since its heavier

1.75..I had to run aal when I set mine to 2.5

 

I was at 2.5 for a little bit and I was nose high. I think now I'm within a 1/4" at 1.75

 

no problem glad i can help, i think 1.75 is best setting, 1.5 dosent loook level and 2.5 is way too high

 

I am at 1.75 with the rear TSB leafs. Still lower in the front. But it looks close to level. I think a stock rear and the 1.75 setting would be perfect, but I bet you will be a little nose high if you hauled a heavier load or trailer set up at times.

 

Would you be able to take a center hub to fender rear measurement?

Just curious because the truck I just purchased has a 4 pack in the rear. My 2008 went from a 3 pack to 4 after I had the TSB done...

Bills at 1.75 up front......rear tsb (4 pack). Stock coils, stock uca, stock 265/65/17

My 2010 DCLB has the rear leaf spring TSB and then installed Billies all around with Eibach coils up front. The Eibachs are supposed to give you 1.6" lift so I set my Billies at 0" with a 1/4" spacer on the drivers side. This spring I will be resetting the shocks to 1.75. When people say the suspension will settle, that's no joke, I was supprised just how much. So if you look a bit nose high immediately after the lift, she will come down a bit.
