Socal mod day...

I might be. It depends on the date.
Im hoping to get 5100s installed this weekend if they come in.
Not sure if Ill have anything to install for mod day. maybe some wheel spacers if anything.

Stock tires. Just getting ready for when i put on new tires
and i want the wider stance.

Yea I will be doing the same soon hopefully. Imma run 285/75/16's and ill pry get the spidertrax. I wanna get tc uca's as well. After installing my lift my steering is same as stock...kinda wierd.

 

you got a full 3inch lift correct?

 

I got the 885's with the OME n140s front shocks. Thats the front...and for the back I have the rear OME shocks...but not installed yet. The stuff i Bought didn't have the aal. I had planned on waiting to see if i would need it. It doesnt seem i will.

 

lucky. i was going to get some 885s. i guess ill just wait and see how much of a lift i get with the 5100s. im sure it will be noticable enough

 

Yea it should come out level like mine. Only difference might be the ride. Yours might be a little stiffer. Mine feels perfect so far. I'm thinking about powdercoating my wheels like yours too.

the 1.75 setting will level it out, and maybe give you a slight rake in the front, at lest it did on mine, but i took the 5100's off and put on coilovers. i have the 5100's in the rear but don't like the ride with the stock leafs, to each is his own, you might like it, it is to stiff in the back.

 

The back on mine is still slightly higher than the front with the TSB springs and the 1.75 on the 5100s. I'm getting them adjusted tomorrow to 2.5.

hey Derek did you get your new 5100's, i thought you said you broke one of them.

 

It's not broken.


We determined that we put the bushings below the top of the mount instead of above. No biggie! I'm just having a professional do them tomorrow.

 

cool, asking because if you did i have the front two with coils sitting in my garage and by next week the rears will be sitting as well, so if anyone needs them let me know, i will be at the gtg in sd on the 28th so let me know.

 

What are they set at? How much?

 

1.75, i had the 5100's for two weeks then went to coilovers, the stock coils have 2,000 miles on them. 150.00 for the front and rear, i hope to have the rear off by the gtg.

 

Not a bad price!!!
