I'm very interested to see how you come out, I'd like to lift a little, but I chose to stay with 265 70 16 to help keep mpg's and avoid tire rub. But I still would like to get an idea how it would look with maybe 1 to 1 1/2 inches of lift. Are you wheels 16x8 also?

They are 16x8 with 265/75/16 Scorpions. I am going to go ahead with the 1.75 and post pictures tomorrow night after all is said and done.

Thanks for the input everyone! Love this site :D

I put mine at 1.75 with the TSB rear. I am half an inch lower in the front but it looks level.

What setting did you decide to go with? I still gush like a damn school girl when I see how much better my truck looks now compared to the rake it had. On a side note, I plan on doing your FJ TRD centercap mod in the near future. It really spruces up those stock wheels.

    1.75"

The FJ centercap was my favorite cheap mod, instant change over for the stockies.

How does more weight on the front give you better handling? Its a truck, so wouldn't more weight to the rear give you better handling?

My truck has the aluminum 2" spacer and sits levelish, maybe a tad up in the front.

I've had my Billies on 1.75" lift for around 8 months. No issues at all. There is a slight angle in the front CV shafts, but the boots have no contact in the folds. There's no funny wear on the tires, no grinding or rubbing, no issues at all. Feel free to jump on the Billie train anytime.

If you are without an AAL in the back, I would suggest .85. If you haul anything at all, you will be nose high at 1.75; if this is simply for aesthetics and you never use your bed, 1.75 would be almost exactly level.

Install went smooth and alignment is good...

Front end is now at 1.75" with 5100 on a stock (powdercoated) TRD spring
