They went off site for target practice. And the thoughts about the incoming gaggle of walkers is that they were meandering around the highway, wandered into the woods with hearing the barn shooting, and then were ping'ed in even closer with the Shane shooting. One thing we don't know is the amount of time between Shane being stabbed and Carl walking up, with that the walkers could have been really close (makes little sense, as Daryl and Glen didn't spot them or Shane the first time out) or far out and Carl took his sweet as time breaking out of the house to be snoopy.

seems to make sense, at least as much as walking dead does.

I should probably get my hands on them.

But then wouldn't it kind of ruin the show for me as well? Or is it different enough to keep you guessing and keep both interesting?

It is wierd being in GA and all watching a show that takes place there and they are prepping for winter now, it was like 85 outside today. Straight to summer. That and they act like prepping for winter in GA is a big deal. I still could have worn flip flops on most of the days this winter.

Anyway hoping for an awesome show!

I'd like to point something out. Why is everyone carrying shotguns and large caliber pistols to kill zombie? Wouldn't a .22 be best? Plenty of ammo, quiet... you could snipe zombies all day. All you need is a head shot, not 4 center mass.
