    I am not happy with Tacoma World.

    I lurked here for weeks leading up to my purchase on 3-9-12 of my 2012 Silver DCLB TRD Sport. While I am appreciative of the advice and recommendations I received from this site, NO ONE warned me of the post purchase accessory frenzy that has ensued.

    In nine days I have added: Original model Access roll-up cover; Pop and Lock tailgate lock; Toyota bed mat;

    I have on order: Weathertech liners, front and rear; Toyota logo rubber hitch cover; Thule base rack system.

    I am still deciding on: Leather or Wet Okole seats; a mild lift; larger wheel/tire combo for summer use; some additional lighting front and rear; who knows what else...

    I purchased this truck to save money from the 2011 Silverado 2500HD I traded in but it seems like it is going to cost me more at least at first.

    Tacoma World needs to post a disclaimer in the Site Info. This stuff is addictive.

    Regards,
    Chris

    I guess the old axiom "Buyer Beware" applies here! It seems they have a ton of goodies for Tacomas.

    I know exactly what you mean, I have only had mine for a couple weeks, and I've already added weathertecs. I've already created list of mods and additions that I want to do, and it's going to take some self control to keep myself from spending a lot of money on this thing instead of using my extra funds to pay my loan off quicker.

    I definitely feel the same way. In the first month I already bought and installed an Access Vanish Tonneau cover, window visors, and LED interior lights.

    Earlier today I ordered a set of N-Fab steps and will soon order a set of the WeatherTech mats (front and back).

    I may have gotten a good deal for my truck, but the overall investment into it is going to empty out my bank account. Oh well at least it's going to a good cause :p.
