    i just did back day with the power bodybuilding. holy shit! i never do deadlifts so that was intense!

    wednesday im gunna do chest, then friday legs. hopefully i can keep this up for the whole 12 weeks

    Hiked 16 miles as a crow fly's in the mountains this weekend looking for sheds!

    My legs hurt haha definitly recommend this workout

    this time of year im collecting alot of deer and elk antlers and I set my gps to track how far i've gone. Last year hiked 236 miles " Without the hills and up and down hiking counted."

    Usually loose around 10 lbs
