haha. I couldn't imagine moving that slow. This tmaxx i'm "refreshing" for a friend has been a bit of a headache. It's sort of a pain to get the gear mesh right on the tmaxx platform. Maybe it's just cause i'm used to electric. It landed on it's top, cut off real hard. Ran it again and it stripped the gear. Woops! Also needs a new ez start harness and one way bearing.

Same dude's 3.3 Jato was cake, though. More or less started right up. Just needed new batteries.

Waiting on SC10 idler gear. Also need to re-shim the diff even tighter. And my 2.5 jato isn't pulling fuel for some reason. I can put it directly in the carb and it'll run through that but the HSN is janked up.

I did get out of the hobby due to school getting in the way

with your 2.5 check the fuel line, exhaust pressure to make sure air is not getting in. Is the needle really lose or does it not want to move at all

Everything is clean. I think the black collar that goes over the needle is lined up right.

t4daddy, went with RTR as I didn't want to spend much right now, will go soon with a lipo battery, the rest of it I will upgrade as I find I need to, once I get it I'll hit the track and play with suspension settings, add weights and change tires if needed.

As I understand the electronics it comes with motor/esc are Reedy, I don't have much info on servo, hope the servo is fast/strong enough for now.

    yes brushless :)

Yeah I'll be getting lipo soon (2-3 weeks), need to get up to date on that before making any purchase. Recommendations are welcomed! Keep in mind I don't want to spend too much.
